Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice CeMAP qualifications
We offer two principal mortgage advice qualifications, allowing those who complete them to be fully licenced mortgage advisers. CeMAP® covers all aspects necessary competently to offer mortgage advice, including mortgage laws and regulations.
Diploma in Mortgage Advice and Practice
DipMAP® is a Level 4 qualification for those wishing to gain a greater understanding of the residential lending sector. Holders of this diploma will be able to prove their ability to give highly informed, ethical mortgage advice.
We also offer a certificate for established mortgage advisers – the Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER®) who wish to expand or refresh their knowledge of equity release products.
