Sales & Lettings Administrator £22,000 pa, Raynes Park, London SW20 – Exciting opportunity for a good administrator to join this busy estate agency team offering great career potential…

  • Salary £22,000 pa
  • Monday – Friday role 9:00 – 17:30
  • Good company benefits
  • Candidates must have great administrative and organisational skills
  • Property administration experience (sales, lettings or property management) would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Full sales and lettings administration training will be given where needed to ensure the office is fully compliant with the latest property legislation at all times
  • In this busy and interesting front of house role you will be a vital part of this successful estate agency team

As Sales & Lettings Administrator and a vital part of this busy, friendly and successful team of Estate Agents you will have a wide variety of interesting tasks to include:

  • Diary management and booking appointments
  • Preparing property details and marketing material
  • Placing adverts on portals and updating the website
  • Writing and sending out letters
  • Liaising with clients, candidates and solicitors to ensure property sales and lets proceed smoothly and efficiently

As Sales & Lettings Administrator you will need to have:

  • Good administration experience
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal since you will be liaising with clients, candidates and solicitors to ensure all sales and lets proceed smoothly and efficiently
  • Excellent typing and English language skills, including both grammar and spelling with a keen eye for detail
  • A great telephone manner
  • The desire to provide the outstanding customer service that this company prides itself on
  • A positive approach and be highly motivated to work as a key part of this busy team
  • Sound numerical and IT skills to include MS Word and Excel
