You will be responsible for assisting the mortgage brokers with their administrative duties on a range of products, including Mortgages, Buildings Insurance and Protection.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As part of the administration team you are required to key application data on to the centralised system and ensure that all supporting documentation has been uploaded.
To process and manage administration. Offer suggestions on how processes and controls can be improved as and when appropriate to help improve practice profitability.
Liaise with administration manager to chase cases as required
Answer telephone enquiries and relay messages to brokers/other staff
Ensure that all queries relating to quality issues raised by the firm, our Network or the providers are dealt with in a professional and timely manner - engaging with the adviser as and when necessary.
Previous experience working with Mortgage Brokers/Financial Advisers/ is ideal but not essential
Paraplanning/Administration experience is desirable...
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Part time - hours to suit (approx. 25-30 hours per week, 3/ 4 days)
