Job Description:

On behalf of our clients we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Lettings Associate to join their new Mayfair office.

It would be advantageous if you have Prime Central London Experience.

BASIC SALARY £40,000 PLUS 10% OFFICE COMMISSION, TRAVEL CARD AND FOR THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL, A GUARANTEED SALARY.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY- 9AM TO 6PM- NO SATURDAYS

This is an excellent opportunity within a highly respected brand and we will consider applicants looking to make the next step on the career ladder. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in lettings, be target driven and able to demonstrate a complete understanding of letting procedures and legislation.

The role will include:

  • Searching and developing new business opportunities.
  • Dealing with market appraisals
  • Completing the take on process
  • Regular contact with clients providing feedback
  • Developing excellent relationships with clients to encourage repeat business & recommendations
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Ensure legislation is complied with at all times.
  • Managing staff performances, setting targets and making sure these are achieved
  • Reporting to management
  • Quickly grow market share and build the portfolio
  • Maximising the overall income of the department
  • Driving to achieve goals and targets with a 'can-do’ attitude
  • Effectively dealing with complaints should they arise

Key skills & requirements

  • ARLA qualified.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ previous experience
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Target driven and motivated with a proven track record.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Display high standards of presentation & service
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
