Persimmon Homes East Midlands require an experienced Sales Advisors to work on our new home developments within a 50-mile radius of Peterborough.

You will be responsible for negotiating with potential purchasers throughout the house purchase process and definitely a ‘people person.’

Job Requirements:

  • You must be flexible and able to work weekends and bank holidays.
  • The successful candidates will have previous experience in the field of private house sales, including achieving sales targets. Attention to detail and accuracy is key to this role
  • The successful candidates should be enthusiastic about sales, possessing the ability to combine strong organisation and communication skills; you will be confident and self-motivated along with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service. You should have a positive 'can do' approach and able to work independently as well as in a team.
