Job Description:

EA Recruitment has been instructed to recruit a Sales Negotiator by a leading Central London estate agency for their office based in Baker Street, this is a fantastic opportunity to deal with high end prime Central London property with prices into the millions.

The ideal candidate will have had experience working within Central London and have the ability to deal with HNWI’s plus have a very solid understanding and experience of sales progression. Interviews are taking place immediately so don’t miss out. 

The role:

  • Dealing with potential buyers, identifying their requirements and showing them suitable properties
  • Negotiating offers on properties and agreeing sales
  • Dealing with sales progression from offer agreed to completion/move in 
  • Keeping vendors up to date with feedback on the market and their property
  • Building relationships with porters and developers to identify new business
  • Working closely with the sales manager to meet the company targets
  • Representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner

The benefits:

  • £20K Salary / £60K OTE 
  • 10% commission on banking upto £100K then 15% on banking £100K +

Job Requirements:

  • Must have 2 + years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator
  • Experience working within Prime Central London property sales
  • Experience of sales progression
  • Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written)

  • Self-motivated, driven and eager to work hard and smash their earning potential
